Learn to Fly in Canada
Canadian licencing and training requirements are widely recognized throughout the world. Canada is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) which governs international pilot standards.
Pilot training through to commercial licence is available in Canada for students from overseas countries such as India, where pilot training capacity cannot meet demand.
At current exchange rates the cost of obtaining a pilot licence in Canada is also very attractive versus costs elsewhere, particularly Europe.
Some countries fully accept pilot Canadian qualifications. Others (e.g. the UK.) require some additional training, exams and flight-testing to obtain the home country licence after Canadian qualification.
